Christmas 2012

On Christmas Eve, David had to work, but I spent most of it with his siblings by visiting the auto museum. There, I saw some pretty familiar cars.
I saw the green one and couldn't help remembering the one my family owned way back when. I don't know whether it's the exact same model or not. What did we use to call it? The green latrine?
Lucy started in the carrier, but that lasted about five minutes.

This one should bring an image of Michael J. Fox and his wacky scientist companion to mind.
Here, Lucy is being held by Aunt Isabel. They are modeling for under-age driving.

Isabel and Michael are with their half-sister, Katlynn. She apparently feels confident about having Isabel at the wheel, seeing that she got her practice in with Lucy.

We saw some other cool antiques.

This appears to be the only picture I have with Jacob and he deliberately would not smile.

After the museum, we decided to visit the state capital.
Lucy and I demonstrating it's relative size.

Michael is entranced by the dome.

This is what he was looking at.

A portrait of the former governor and president, Ronald Regan.

Finally, we all went home and were joined by David and his dad to finish celebrating Christmas Eve together.

I forgot to mention that before Christmas Eve, we had already spent Christmas with David's mom and stepdad. David bought me a video camera, so I will most likely be posting more videos on here.
Lucy is wearing a new outfit from her great aunt Diana.
Grandma time.

Christmas day was uneventful. We worked on a puzzle together and played with our "toys." I got to skype with my family in Idaho later in the evening. All in all, Christmas turned out well.
